Nochi leaves which are  called as Vitex Leaves in English, Vaailakku in Telugu, Nochi ilai in Tamil.

Boil few NOCHI Leaves in water and remove the leaves once you feel that the leaves are fully boiled. Remove the leaves and have head bath. This is one of the ways to reduce sneezing and reduces unwanted water from the head. It cures Sinus.
